Installation Made Simple
Run the Wiring Harness
Start by running the wiring harness from the tractor's cab to the rear of the baler. This step is designed for easy installation: Simply follow the existing harness and zip-tie our harness in place.
Replace the Manual Valve
Next, for Pro Series kits, remove the manual valve on your baler and replace it with the BestBale™ valve. This step is designed for easy integration, eliminating the need for special tools or adjustments.

How Does the BestBale™ System Work?
Sensors
The plunger sensor displays real-time strokes per minute and estimates flakes per bale. For more accurate flake counts, an optional flake sensor works off the hay dog. Meanwhile, a bale tie sensor tracks each tie cycle, giving the operator a resettable Field Count to keep track of production.
Pressure Control
Adjust baler pressure conveniently from the cab with the press of a button (Pro Series only). The simple design uses only a control valve and pressure transducer—making it easy to install and troubleshoot. In case of issues, you can quickly revert to the manual valve to keep baling.
Scale
A built-in scale offers precise bale weights (often within ±1 lb), allowing the operator to spot trends quickly. The system displays several recent bale weights, along with both field and eight-bale averages, helping you make immediate baling adjustments.
Auto Mode
By entering a target bale weight, the Pro Series system automatically adjusts pressure, reducing operator fatigue and streamlining the baling process.
Additional Options
Enhance your baler with a camera, knotter light kit, auto knotter lubrication system, moisture pads, or a Gazeeka system for an even more streamlined operation, eliminating the need for multiple screens in your tractor.

The BestBale™ monitor mounts in your tractor cab and connects to sensors on the baler that track bale count, flake count, and plunger speed. You simply watch real-time data on the in-cab display and make adjustments as needed, such as speeding up or slowing down to hit your desired flake count.
It’s designed for both. You can start with a Lite kit or upgrade to an advanced Pro Kit with features like automatic pressure control, scales, and a moisture monitoring add-on. This flexibility makes it suitable for operations of various sizes.
