The large screen provides clear visibility of essential bale production data. It offers an intuitive interface for an excellent user experience.

The Pro Series offers in-cab pressure control through our simple-to-install electronic control valve. Our proprietary software allows the operator to bale in Manual or Auto Mode, enabling seasoned as well as inexperienced operators to bale like Pros and to maximize baler production.
In Manual Mode, quickly control the baler pressure using buttons on the display, then monitor your bale weights if equipped with scales.
In Auto Mode, simply set your target bale weight and sit back and watch the BestBale system control your baler’s pressure automatically to maintain the proper weights.

Our BestBale™ stroke counter enables precise ground speed adjustments, ensuring uniform bales and enhanced productivity.
Accurate bale counters improve farming efficiency by providing precise counts and real-time data on baling operations.

Our F500 flat drop scales are built for those typically using a bundler and dropping bales with the strings up. We offer two sizes, the F500-1418 for 14″ x 18″ bales from 29-38″ long, and the F500-1622 for 15″ x 21″ and 16″ x 22″ bales 34-42″ long. These scales feature our patented shock absorber design, industry leading software and technology, and robust hardware to withstand harsh operating conditions. We use stainless steel on all wear parts, ensuring your BestBale kit looks better and better the longer you use it. We’ve found these scales to provide +/- 2 lb accuracy on 85% of bale weights!
Our Q500 quarter turn scales are built for those typically using a harrow bed and dropping bales with the strings on the side. We offer two sizes, the Q500-1418 for 14″ x 18″ bales up to 50″ long, and the Q500-1622 for 15″ x 21″ and 16″ x 22″ bales 50″ long. You are able to remove the kicker arm and drop bales flat with these as well as long as the bales are greater than ~46″ long.
The T500 scale is designed for Bale Baron and Bale Bandit applications, this scale kit works well on T model bundlers running in the field as well as for rebale setups. This uses the same technology as our F500 and Q500 scales. Simply bolt the framework down on the bundler (6 holes will need drilled in your bundler), and go to work using our world class scale system!
Moisture Pads – Moisture pad readings are taken from the outside edges of the bale displayed on our screen. This is a cost-effective way to measure moisture in the bale.
Gazeeka (required for people who run a Staheli West Steamer along with their baler) – This software instantaneously shows, average, and peak readings on the screen. This method is known for its exceptional accuracy and reliability and is widely regarded as the best in the business.
BestBale™ is an authorized dealer of the Gazeeka 180i and can ship it together with the BestBale™ kit.

Optional on the Pro Series, this feature allows the operator to set the greaser to activate after a specific number of bales. The system then evenly distributes lubrication to all 12 knotter zerks, ensuring consistent performance.

Optional on Pro Series only, our LED Knotter Lighting Kit attaches with magnets to view the knotter area—very helpful for both day and night.

Real-time pressure readings help the operate make quick decisions. Make precise adjustments from inside the cab while on-the-fly to optimize speed and bale quality.
Plunger RPM is monitored to maintain optimal baler performance and while preventing equipment strain. By viewing strokes per minute, the operator can make real-time adjustments to ground speed or tractor RPM settings—ensuring reliable and consistent bale formation.
Flakes per bale are measured to create uniform bale density and size. If the flake count drops too low or goes too high, the operator can adjust ground speed for better bale consistency. Maintaining a target flake count helps achieve a more even weight distribution and flake size. Optional “Speed Up” or “Slow Down” messages on the screen can clearly tell the operator what they need to do to run the baler at the optimum ground speed.
This feature tracks the number of bales produced in a given field. The count is resettable so the operator can monitor totals per field to help manage production data and gauge efficiency.
Our add-on scale system provides precise weight tracking for each bale. This is essential for selling hay by the bale and meeting weight specifications. Available in flat drop, quarter turn, or T model bundling configurations.

The BestBale™ Pro Series monitor optimizes baling efficiency by providing operators with real-time insights into critical metrics such as plunger speed, flake count, and bale weight through its advanced sensors. By utilizing this innovative tool, farmers can quickly adjust ground speed and other inputs to maintain consistent bale quality. Unlike traditional mechanical counters, this system decreases defective bales while increasing the number of high-quality bales produced. Reviews from users highlight how these advanced features help save time, labor, and resources, achieving efficiency improvements of up to 40%.
An advanced baler monitor shows more than just the total number of bales—it provides details like plunger speed and flakes per bale for better control. This additional data helps operators fine-tune baling processes for consistent bale quality.
Yes, by providing real-time data on bale weight, our BestBale™ monitoring system allows operators to make precise adjustments to chamber settings or ground speed. This helps ensure that each bale is produced with the desired weight, improving overall consistency and quality in the baling process.
The installation process is quick and easy! Our 3-step guide covers mounting sensors and the display unit. No calibration is required after installation—you can start using it right away!
