In-Cab Pressure Control

Auto Mode With Scales
Add scales to unlock Auto Mode. Set your target bale weight, and the BestBale system automatically adjusts hydraulic pressure to help keep bales on target.
Live Bale Weights
See bale weights on the Pro display in the cab and on the rear-mounted scale amplifier near the back of the baler, giving visibility in and out of the tractor.
Flake Count Visibility
A stroke counter counts every plunger stroke, even when no hay is feeding. A flake counter only counts when hay is actually being fed into the bale. When you are in hay, the stroke counter and flake counter usually count one-to-one, but when hay flow stops, the flake counter stops too. That gives operators a truer picture of bale formation, helping maintain consistent bale length, bale quality, feed rate, and weight.

View bale counts, stroke counts, baler RPMs, previous bale history, field totals, field averages, and moisture readings when equipped.

Why Add a Flake Counter?
The optional flake counter works from the hay dog. This is different from the stroke counter because it only counts when hay is actually being fed into the bale chamber. That gives you a true flakes-per-bale reading instead of just counting every plunger stroke to give you the best accuracy.
Why Add Scales?
The base Pro 710 gives you control. Adding scales unlocks Auto Mode, allowing the operator to set a target bale weight so BestBale can automatically adjust pressure to help maintain that target.

Important TwinPak Note
The TwinPak SB2XR lubrication system is an all-mechanical design that comes standard with the baler. BestBale does not control that lubrication system.
Factory options give you a partial solution. BestBale gives you the full, unmatched Pro platform.

AutoSTEAM Compatibility
AutoSTEAM is compatible with Staheli West 632, 432, and 331 model steamers.
2023 and newer steamers are compatible without any hardware upgrades. 2021 and 2022 model steamers require hardware updates before AutoSTEAM can be used.
